1. Is it normal for an automatic mechanical watch to have time difference?
Yes. Automatic mechanical watches are different from quartz watches. They are powered by a mechanical movement, so a small daily time difference is normal.
The daily accuracy may vary depending on the movement, wearing habits, wrist activity, temperature, watch position, power reserve, and magnetic environment.
In general, an automatic mechanical watch may have a daily variation of about -20 to +40 seconds per day. This is a normal characteristic of mechanical watches, not a quality problem.
If the watch suddenly runs much faster or much slower than usual, it may be caused by low power, shock, or magnetism. Please contact us for assistance.
2. Why does the automatic watch stop?
An automatic watch is powered by wrist movement. If you do not wear it for enough time, or if your wrist movement is not active enough, the watch may stop because of insufficient power.
For stable performance, we recommend wearing the watch for at least 8 hours per day.
If the watch has stopped, please wind it manually before wearing.
3. How to wind the automatic mechanical watch?
Keep the crown in the normal position and turn it clockwise about 20–30 times to provide initial power.
If the watch has a screw-down crown, please unscrew the crown first before winding. After winding or setting the time, please make sure the crown is fully screwed down again.
Do not overwind violently. Please wind it slowly and gently.
4. Does an automatic mechanical watch need a battery?
No. An automatic mechanical watch does not need a battery.
It is powered by the movement of your wrist and the mechanical movement inside the watch. If it stops, simply wind it manually or wear it again to restart the movement.
5. What should I do if the watch runs fast or slow?
A small time difference is normal for automatic mechanical watches.
If the watch runs slightly fast or slow, please wear it regularly and keep it fully powered. You can also reset the time every few days according to your preference.
If the watch suddenly becomes much faster or much slower, please keep it away from magnetic fields and contact us. The watch may need demagnetization or professional adjustment.
6. Why should mechanical watches stay away from magnetic fields?
Strong magnetic fields may affect the movement and cause the watch to run fast, slow, or irregularly.
Please keep the watch away from speakers, televisions, computers, mobile phones, magnetic clasps, induction cookers, and other electronic or magnetic devices.
7. Can I adjust the date at any time?
For watches with a date function, please do not adjust the date between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
During this period, the movement may be changing the date automatically. Manual adjustment at this time may damage the calendar mechanism.
To adjust the date safely, please move the hands away from this time period first.
8. How does the GMT function work?
GMT watches are designed to display a second time zone.
The 24-hour GMT hand works with the 24-hour bezel or scale, allowing you to read another time zone at a glance. It is useful for travel, business, and communication across different countries.
9. What should I do if there is moisture inside the watch?
Slight fog or water vapor may appear when the watch experiences a sudden temperature change. Please make sure the crown is fully screwed down and place the watch in a dry, ventilated area. Light vapor will usually disappear gradually.
If there are visible water drops inside the watch, please stop wearing it and contact us as soon as possible.
Do not open the case by yourself, as improper handling may damage the movement.
10. Can I wear the watch while washing hands or in the rain?
Most water-resistant watches can handle daily water contact, such as hand washing or light rain, when the crown is fully screwed down.
Please always make sure the crown is locked before contact with water.
Do not operate the crown or buttons when the watch is wet.
11. Can I wear the watch while showering, swimming, or in hot water?
Please avoid wearing the watch in hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, hot springs, or hot water environments.
High temperature and steam may damage the sealing ring and affect water resistance.
If the product page states that the watch supports swimming or snorkeling, please still make sure the crown is fully screwed down before use.
12. Will water resistance last forever?
No. Water resistance is not permanent.
It may decrease over time due to daily wear, impact, aging seals, temperature changes, or improper use.

13. Why does the luminous effect look weak?
The luminous hands and markers need to absorb light before glowing in the dark.
